Privacy policy

NiimLabel is a label designer for Niimbot printers. We built it to work on your device, and we collect as little as possible.

What stays on your device

Your labels, templates, settings and printer calibration are stored only on your device. We don't receive them, and the app works offline for designing and printing.

Bluetooth and USB

The app uses Bluetooth or USB only to find and talk to your label printer. It doesn't use them to locate you or track other devices.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple, Google or Microsoft, depending on where you bought the app. Web and desktop purchases are processed by Stripe. We use RevenueCat to keep track of what you've bought: it stores your app ID, your purchase history, your AI credit balance, how many free labels you've printed this month and your device's country. We never see your card details.

Your email

Signing in is optional. You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a code sent to your email; in each case we receive only your email address, and use it only to link your purchases across devices. It's stored with RevenueCat and our email provider, Resend, sends the codes. We don't send marketing email.

AI features

When you use an AI feature, the text or photo you submit is sent to our server and then to Anthropic, which provides the AI model, to produce the result. We don't keep your prompts or photos after the request is done, and Anthropic doesn't use them to train its models. Your AI credit balance is kept with your purchases.

What we don't do

No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking across apps or websites, and we never sell data.

Children

The app isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete the data linked to your app ID, such as your AI credit balance, at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes everything stored on your device.
