By using NiimLabel you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies.
Free plan
The free plan lets you print up to 5 labels per calendar month. Every feature is available to try within that limit.
Pro subscription
Pro costs $4.99 a month (or the local equivalent shown in the store) and removes the monthly label limit. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings, or from the link in your receipt email if you bought on the web. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase of $19.99 (or the local equivalent) that unlocks Pro for as long as the app is offered. Use it on other devices by signing in with your email, or with "Restore purchases" in the same store.
AI credits
Pro Monthly adds 30 AI credits on every renewal; Lifetime includes 100 AI credits once. Extra credit packs add 50 credits. Credits don't expire while the app is offered. Credits have no cash value. AI results can be wrong; check labels before you rely on them, especially allergens, dates and medical information.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to make labels that are unlawful, infringe someone else's rights, or mislead people about what a product contains.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We aren't liable for misprints, wasted labels or printer issues, to the extent the law allows. NiimLabel is not affiliated with or endorsed by NIIMBOT.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll say so in the app.
